Learn the art of craft cocktails with NYC mixologist Ryan Kahl of Take Me Out NYC. A native of Kailua, Hawaii, Ryan will deconstruct the Mai Tai for a modern take on this classic cocktail. Shake, rattle and roll as you learn proper techniques for making fine cocktails made with fresh Hawaii fruits, herbs and spices.

Mixologist:Ryan Kahl Born in Honolulu, Ryan attended Syracuse University and started bar tending in college to earn extra cash. After graduating, he went to work at The Oak Room at the Plaza Hotel in New York. It was during his time at the Oak Room that he learned the art of classic cocktails and found his passion. Ryan helped create cocktails programs for the Four Seasons NYC, Tomoka NYC, and Take Me Out NYC tours. He’s been featured at Art Basel Miami and Food and Wine’s Brooklyn’s Backyard.
